E-Learning Case Study
An online tutorial and question bank website required its PMP courseware and questions to be updated for the latest version. The client wanted the Ascezen team to revise the existing set of questions for changes in the new version of PMBOK – the course book prescribed by the certifying authority known as PMI.
Objective of the Project
The project requirements included the following objectives:
- To update the existing set of 400 questions by evaluating the multiple-choice questions in the light on revised course.
- To develop 200 new questions on PMP.
The questions had to be in the format usually followed in the original exam questions in terms of the language used.
Challenges:
- To form questions with varied difficulty levels
- To give close options for making the answer tricky to arrive at.
Learning Curves:
- Going through the syllabus and their existing set of questions and then creating new questions within a short time line of 6 weeks needed fast-paced progress.
- Churning out tricky questions, with confusing answer options for multiple-choice questions was challenging.
The project was completed within the stipulated time-frame with the new lot of questions and updating of the existing ones. The client was satisfied with the work and appreciated the efforts put in by the team Ascezen. The course question bank was revised and published online by the client. Few weeks later, the client informed that the work had helped to garner increased traffic on the website.
